Billing Cycles

  • • Annual billing: Charged yearly in advance
  • • Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
  • • Automatic renewal unless cancelled

Payment Methods

  • • PayPal for personal accounts
  • • Bank transfer for annual plans
  • • All payments processed securely

Fees and Charges

  • • No setup or activation fees

Data Retention After Termination

Upon termination of your account:

  • • After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted
  • • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DINEFLIX MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DINEFLIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DineFlix in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally:

  1. 1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation
  2. 2. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
  3. 3. Arbitration will be conducted in London, England
  4. 4. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DineFlix regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver

No waiver of any term will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time.
